Your Responsibilities
As a FussionHost customer, you’re entrusted with:
- Account Security: Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials.
- Account Activity: Taking responsibility for any activity occurring under your account.
- Legal Use: Using our services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Acceptable Content: Refraining from uploading content that is defamatory, abusive, obscene, or violates intellectual property rights.
- Network Respect: Abstaining from actions that could harm our servers or network.
- Account Information: Keeping your contact details and payment methods up-to-date.
Billing and Payment
- Payment Methods: We offer a variety of convenient payment options, including Bank Transfer, Perfect Money, JazzCash, Easypaisa, Nayapay, Sadapay Biz, cryptocurrencies, and potentially more international options depending on your location (full details available on our payment methods page).
- Billing Cycles: Billing occurs monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually depending on your chosen plan.
- Renewals: Your plan automatically renews unless you cancel before the renewal date. We’ll provide a clear notification beforehand.
- Late Payments: Late payments may result in account suspension after 1 day and potential termination after 14 days.
- Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your plan.
Refund Policy
We offer a 7 days money-back guarantee on most hosting packages, excluding dedicated servers, Domains and Linux VPS. For more information, please refer to our dedicated Refund Policy page. Key points to remember:
- Only one refund per customer.
- Refunds exclude additional services like domain registration or dedicated IPs and VPS/RDPs.
- TOS violations will void your refund eligibility.
- Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days of receiving your request.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of the TOS, non-payment of fees, using our services for illegal activities, harming our servers/network, or any other reason deemed necessary.
Backups
- Shared Web Hosting: We offer a weekly backup system, but ultimately, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. FussionHost cannot be held accountable for any lost data or backups.
- Private RDPs: Due to security measures, private RDPs cannot be backed up. Always back up your files to your local PC to avoid data loss.
- Linux VPS Hosting: Due to security measures, VPS Hosting cannot be backed up. Always back up your files to your local PC or cloud storage to avoid data loss.
Intellectual Property Rights
Respect intellectual property rights. Do not use our services to infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property. Ensure you have the necessary rights to upload any material to our servers.
Our Limitations
FussionHost will not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if informed of such possibilities.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FussionHost, its employees, and agents from any claims or demands arising from your TOS violation or use of our services.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases, and we may delete your account information.
