- Full Refund: Cancel and receive a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
- Partial Refund: After 24 hours, a prorated refund is available based on the unused service term, up to a maximum of 7 days.
Domain Names and Linux VPS: These services are non-refundable due to their unique nature. However, we’re happy to assist you with any questions before your purchase.
Private VPS Hosting: Similar to Domain Names and Linux VPS, Private VPS purchases are non-refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand situations arise. In rare cases, we may consider exceptions to this policy at our discretion. Feel free to contact our support team if you believe your situation warrants an extra step. We’ll be happy to review your request.

To qualify for a refund, simply:

- Short-term need

- Service non-use
- Download/upload speed concerns (often influenced by external factors)
- Order placement without prior support consultation (resulting in non-functionality)
- Violation of FussionHost’s terms and conditions
