What We Offer
Fussion Host provides web hosting solutions like shared hosting, reseller hosting, VPS hosting, and dedicated servers.
Your Responsibilities
As a Fussion Host customer, you’re responsible for:
- Keeping your account login information confidential and secure.
- Any activity that happens under your account.
- Using our services legally and following all applicable laws.
- Avoiding content that’s defamatory, abusive, obscene, or violates copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
- Not harming our servers or network through your actions.
- Keeping your account information up-to-date (contact details, payment method).
Billing and Payment
- Payment Methods: We accept various methods like Bank Transfer, Perfect Money, JazzCash, Easypaisa, Nayapay, Sadapay Biz, cryptocurrencies, and potentially more international options depending on your location.
- Billing Cycles: Billing happens monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually depending on your chosen plan.
- Renewals: Your plan automatically renews unless you cancel before the renewal date. We’ll provide a clear notification beforehand.
- Late Payments: A late payment will lead to account suspension after 5 days. After 15 days, your account might be terminated.
- Taxes: You’re responsible for any applicable taxes.

Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on most hosting packages, except dedicated servers. Here’s what to know:
- Only one refund per customer.
- Refunds don’t include additional services like domain registration or dedicated IPs and VPS/RDPs.
- Violations of TOS will void your refund eligibility.
- Refunds are processed within 7-14 days of receiving your request.

Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for:
- Non-payment of fees
- Violating the TOS
- Using our services for illegal activities or harming our servers/network
- Any other reason we deem necessary
Backups
We offer a weekly backup system for web hosting only, but ultimately, you’re responsible for maintaining your own backups. We cannot be held accountable for any lost data or backups.
Private RDPs can’t be backed up due to the security of the clients. Always take your backup of files to your local PC and avoid any kind of data loss!
Intellectual Property Rights
Don’t use our services to infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. Ensure you have the necessary rights to upload any material to our servers.
Our Limitations
Fussion Host won’t be liable for any damages (incidental or consequential) arising from using or not being able to use our services, even if informed of such possibilities.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fussion Host, its employees, and agents from any claims or demands related to your TOS violation or use of our services.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account with or without cause or notice. This includes situations where we believe you’ve violated the TOS or any applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases, and we may delete your account information.

- Limitation of Liability: This clause is standard, but consult a lawyer to ensure it complies with your specific region’s laws.
