Shared Hosting, Shared RDP, and Private RDP/VPS
- Full Refund: You can cancel and receive a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
- Partial Refund: After 24 hours, a partial refund is available based on the unused service term, up to a maximum of 7 days.
Domain Names and Linux VPS
Due to the nature of these services, domain name registrations and Linux VPS purchases are non-refundable.
Private VPS Hosting
Unlike Domain Names and Linux VPS, Private VPS Hosting purchases are non-refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, we may consider exceptions to this policy at our discretion. Please contact us if you believe your situation warrants an exception, and we’ll review your request.
General Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
Cancellation request submitted within 7 days of purchase.
The cancellation reason is not due to:
- Accidental orders
- Lack of service knowledge (hosting, cPanel, RDP)
- Short-term need
- Incorrect product selection (contact us for upgrades/changes)
- Service non-use
- Download/upload speed concerns (external factors influence speed)
- Order placement without prior support consultation (resulting in non-functionality)
